At Petachya Winery, we aim to make receiving your wine as smooth and enjoyable as drinking it.

Free Weekly Delivery – Beit Shemesh & Jerusalem
We offer free local delivery once a week* to *Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh*, timed so you’ll have your wine in time for Shabbos.

Nationwide Delivery  
For deliveries to all other locations in Israel, we use trusted third-party couriers. Shipping fees will be based on the courier’s standard rates.

Free Delivery on Full Cases  
Orders of *1 case (12 bottles)* or more qualify for *free delivery to Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh at any time*. Delivery usually arrives *within 1–2 business days*.

Returns and Exchanges
The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a remote sales transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.

Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products such as alcohol bottles, as long as the products are returned intact and undamaged and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging.

The buyer may return any product purchased from the website by emailing our customer service up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the products, and receive a refund.

The buyer must return the product to us at his own expense and attach the invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After returning the product, the buyer will be refunded the full price paid.
